1.About these terms
These terms govern your use of the BYV People Hub website at byvpeoplehub.com and any related pages we operate (the “website”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3.Waitlist and demo requests
Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo does not create a contract for the supply of BYV People Hub and does not guarantee you a place, a launch date or any particular price. Any “launch pricing” or early-access benefit we describe will be confirmed in writing when we invite you to join, and may be subject to availability.
You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to provide the email address you register.
4.Access to the platform
BYV People Hub itself is an invitation-only service for organisations that have entered into a customer agreement with Build Your Vision Ltd. Use of the platform, including our data processing terms, is governed by that agreement and by any acceptable-use rules set by your organisation, not by these website terms. If you were invited by your employer, your access is provided under your employer's agreement with us.
5.Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, software and the BYV People Hub name and logo are owned by or licensed to Build Your Vision Ltd and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the website without our written permission.
HR policies, templates, guidance and other content made available inside the platform are licensed to customer organisations for their own internal use under their customer agreement and may not be redistributed or resold.
6.Information on the website is not advice
Content on the website — including descriptions of HR processes, employment law topics and product features — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, HR or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Employment law changes and your circumstances are specific to you; please take appropriate professional advice before acting. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or its content at any time.
